We left Athens and came here to build our dream. We started by fully renovating an old traditional house that we leave in , reconstructed and expanded the Cave in a level below the main house. After some years we also finished villa Elissavet by keeping all those elements that highlight its traditional character and its 'bond' with mother earth, in combination with a touch of vintage decoration. We started working with the bees and have a bee colony in Palaistou village nearby.
