A country house surrounded by an extensive garden on a peaceful hillside with a breath-taking view, ideal for comfortable and enjoyable holiday.
It consists of 2 bedrooms with air conditioning (one with a double bed, one with 2 single beds), a spacious living room with a fireplace, a couch which converts to a double bed and a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom.
There are 2 verandas with seating areas, one overlooking the picturesque bay of Otzias, the other facing the garden. There is also a stone patio with a seating/dining area with a sea view in the garden, as well as a bbq and outdoor wood-oven.
The house is on the upper floor of a two storey independent building in Fotimari, on the island of Kea. It is just 2,5 km from the main port and 2 km from the sea. It stands on a hill on 6000 sq.metres of land with a unique view of the bay of Otzias and the Aegean sea.
