Esperinos (greek word for vesper) is a hybrid design rental that aims to propose a new way of experiencing the cultural universe of Athens while short-staying in the city. The standalone residence is located in Filopappou Hill, a peaceful area of the Athenian center that carries a long history of culture, while it has been a centerpiece for creative individuals of various fields over the years.

The space
The bones of the house date back to 1930 when a refugee from Asia-minor -one of the many- placed the first stones to subsist in the area. The following years will shape Filopappou into a humble yet vibrant working class neighborhood, which will later on give way for development.
