The villa consists of 3 independent apartments, each with its own entrance, terrace/balcony and full privacy. The pool and the garden pergola with an outdoor kitchen are shared by the guests of the 3 apartments.
The space
The apartment is 40 m2 and has a bedroom with a large double bed, a bathroom and a living room with integrated kitchen. In the living room the coach can be converted into a 1.8m x 2m bed. A large terrace welcomes you for breakfast, lunch, dinner or any other time of the day.
You can park your rental car on the grounds directly in front of the house.

From the villa you have a magnificent view over the bay of Souda and the majestic White Mountains (Lefka Ori, 2452 m) on one side, an open panoramic view over the Cretan Sea on the other side and the mountain Drapanos (527 m) at the back. From the upper terrace of Villa PhenOmena you can enjoy the most beautiful sunsets and an incredibly starry night sky.
About 10 minutes walk from Villa PhenOmena (700 m), there are underground bunkers built by the Nazis during the Second World War. The complex was used as an artillery position to control the bay of Souda. From Cape Drapano there was a cable car to the entrance of the bunker. Today it is a peaceful, magical place where the silence is interrupted only by the singing of the birds - ideal for morning meditation.
At a distance of 10 minutes by car you will find
