Travel Details from the host -> Γεννήθηκα στα Περιβόλια το 1966. Τελείωσα το σχολείο στα Χανιά και σπούδασα Κοινωνιολογία στο Πάντειο Πανεπιστήμιο στην Αθήνα. Από το 1990 ασχολούμαι επαγγελματικά με την μελισσοκομία. Παράγω εξαιρετικό θυμαρίσιο μέλι από την περιοχή του Ελαφονησίου, βασιλικό πολτό, πρόπολη και γύρη. Επίσης, διατηρώ τα παλιά αμπέλια της οικογένειας του παππού μου και παράγω με παραδοσιακό τρόπο κρασί και τσικουδιά. Από την μοναδική ποικιλία της κρητικής ελιάς παράγω έξτρα παρθένο ελαιόλαδο και επιτραπέζια ( βρώσιμη ) ελιά.
