Metro is 150m away, Modern Art Museum is 80 meters, Athens Acropolis is 20 minutes by foot, bars and cafe 10 minutes, souvenirs and restaurants 20 minutes by foot. 1 floor above ground level.

The space
The apartment is 35 sq.meters studio completely rebuilt and renovated couple of years ago in rustic loft style. It consists of two spaces bedroom and main room. The rooms are connected by a small corridor, however there is no door between them.
Bedroom is a large room with 160x200cm double bed. There is also a large wardrobe with hangers and washing machine. Small balcony is accessible from the bedroom. A lot of sunlight is coming through the balcony door, but there is an electric stove which can be closed to provide safety and darkness. The bedroom is air-conditioned.
