Preferably young people as access to my mediation\/relaxation space, the 'loft', is by ladder and best suited for young\/and or fit people. If you leave your shoes outside the main door and are perfectly happy with the terms of the loft (outlined in description) I think you will be very pleased with the flat, the area and the host ;-).
