Πρόκειται για ένα παραδοσιακό σπίτι κυκλαδίτικης αρχιτεκτονικής του 19ου αιωνα, πλήρως ανακαινισμένο. Απo την ευρύχωρη βεράντα μπορεί να αντικρίσει κανείς το Χωριό, την μοναδική για τις παραλιες της Πολύαιγο και τη μεγαλύτερη "αδερφή" της Κιμωλου, τη Μήλo.
Η κατοικία διαθέτει 2 υπνοδωμάτια με A/C, ένα με διπλό κρεββάτι και ένα με δύο μονά. Κουζίνα πλήρως εξοπλισμένη (ηλεκτρική κουζίνα, ψυγείο, καφετιέρα Nespresso, βραστήρας, τοστιέρα) ενώ στον ίδιο χώρο υπάρχει και καναπές που μπορεί να μετατραπεί σε κρεββάτι και να φιλοξενήσει ένα επιπλέον επισκέπτη.
