There are further beautiful beaches, about 50minutes, at Tsigouri and Psili Ammos. Near Almiros, about 15 minutes from the stone house, you can visit a cave with a small beach and an extraordinary view. The sea is very clean and blue- green color. Once upon a time, there were plenty of seals living on the mostly quiet places of the Island, but these days, only very few you can see, if you are lucky.
