My apartment of 35 m² is charming and bright. You will find the mezzanine bedroom with a double bed and two large velux windows. The living room is very nice and friendly, thanks to the American kitchen. In the bathroom you will find a shower and toilet. Located on the 3rd floor, it overlooks courtyard and is very quiet. The area is very lively and full of shops, you will be at 4 minutes walk from the Place de la Bastille, Place des Vosges, the Seine, rue d'Aligre market, etc.

The space
Thanks to the mezzanine, a real separation is made between the room and the main room. Full of charm thanks to its view of the Parisian rooftops, my apartment will bring you a typical and successful Parisian experience. The American kitchen is equipped and will allow you to make yourself at home.
You will have a lounge area and a dining area for your comfort. The bathroom is composed of a shower and a toilet.
