There is a shelter two blocks away that is looking for people to distribute supplies in the shelter, serve food and accompany people on walks.  The days available for this are Sunday night through Wednesday for one person or a couple.  Thursday through Saturday the apartment is for rent as a three bedroom.  There is also an animal shelter where you can show up and take dogs for a walk.  There are also a number of places that are by the beach where the hurricane damage is.
