When the weather allows it I love exploring the Cretan countryside by walking along the coastline, up the mountains or passing the numerous gorges that Crete is famous for. My companions on these trips are our two little dogs, Bolek and Waffles, who you will surely meet if you decide to visit ;)\n\nLiving here has encouraged us to adopt a sustainable\/ecological way of living: nothing goes to waste around here, from potato peels to food scraps. What one cannot consume can be used as a fertiliser or to feed the animals living in our farm!\nOur main occupation is producing olive oil, and we also try to produce as much of our food as we can: tomatoes, peppers, a variety of fruits, eggs from our chickens, and plenty more.\nThrough our Airbnb hosting experience we would like to introduce our guests to our bio-sustainable culture and inspire them to embrace it during their stay!
