Sometimes I play Greek songs on the piano, along with pieces by classical composers, such as Beethoven, and I sometimes invite musician friends over to play music together.\nI love my work, because I meet people from many  countries, and love listening to their stories, which is both exciting and creative.\n\nMy best dishes are not Cretan at all! It feels strange to write that, since I am 100% Cretan, but perhaps that's the reason!! I know that  authentic Cretan food is delicious, though some succeed in producing Cretan flavours without using good \"basic materials\"!  With access to good herbs and other fresh, organic ingredients  I believe  that I could prepare Cretan dishes successfully (at least I like to think so !). I love Chinese and Indian dishes, too!
