Pass by a flower-filled balcony, push open the door, and what you’ll find is a Hobbit hole with a bed at the top of a rickety ladder, a sofa underneath and a oak workspace to type away at. I’d like to draw your attention to the ladder; you’ll have to be pretty fit and not be afraid of cosy spaces. The bed will fit couples or friends who don’t mind being comfortably squashed together!
