A renovated old town house at a quite location within Sitia with a view over the bay. It is fully furnished/air conditioned and consists of a dining/reception room with a working fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, 2 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. It is conveniently close to the beach as well as to the old port of Sitia and all of the town's amenities. Visitors can tour the old fortress of Kazarma, located only a short stroll away. Bars and restaurants are very close.
The space
Upon entering the house you arrive at the inner pebbled courtyard. From there you have direct access to the living room as well as the kitchen. The living room has a working fireplace. The bedrooms are located at the first floor of the house. One of the two bedrooms has a private courtyard with barbecue. The house overlooks the sea and the beach of Sitia.
