Ich vermiete bis 30. August meine Wohnung, da ich in dieser Zeit in Salzburg arbeite.
Die Wohnung ist sehr hell und freundlich sodass man sich sofort wohl fühlt.
Sie ist zentral gelegen und man erreicht in kürze zu Fuß wie auch öffentlich ( Bus 13A, U4) den 1. Bezirk, Wiener Naschmarkt wie auch die Mariahilferstrasse.
Über ein paar Schönheitsmerkmale muss man jedoch hinweg sehn, wie zb fehlende Sesselleisten, Lampenschirme und das nicht so hübsch aber voll funktionstüchtige Badezimmer mit Badewanne.
Da die Wohnung erst step by step von mir saniert wird.
Jedoch macht der Charm, die hohen Räume und der einladende Eingangsbereich alles wieder gut.
Zu vermieten sind 64 m2 von 76m2 als ganze Wohnung. Das Atelier wird zum Schlafzimmer mit Matratze und Schlafcouch im Wohnzimmer.
