Spacious - 45m2 with a BIG living room-
BRIGHT! - 3rd floor with big windows facing a raised square :)
Cheese, fish, butchery shops and supermarkets with great opening times nearby (just down the flat!)
Ideally located : nearby subway Voltaire (line 9) and <10min from Bastille (lines 1, 5 & 8). But you can also walk to Arsenal harbor (my favorite place in Paris!) and join Notre Dame and co... by following the Seine banks :)

1 main bed in the bedroom (2 persons)
1 sofa (for "1,5" persons - you can sleep at 2 but you need to really love eachother ;)
+ 1 matress for 1 person ( very comfortable)

Other things to note
the appartment has been fully redone in 2018 unhoppefully due to a water damage there are some blisters on the walls in the bathroom, the toilets and the kitchen...

Neighborbood Overview:

The apartment is located in a very living neighborhood with a lot of cafés, restaurants and shops.
There are a lot of grocery shops down the flat with very nice opening times, you can find all what you need (especially a delicious cheese shop with a goat cheese which made me loving cheese).
At the end of the street you can find the Père Lachaise cemetery (not a priority place to visit in Paris but if you want to see Molière's tomb this is really close).
Less than 10 minutes walk you find the Lappe street and Bastille area with all its famous bars.
If you walk a little bit further you can reach the Arsenal harbor (a peaceful place, my favorite in Paris) and then, after the lock, you find the Seine banks and you are ready for a nice walk up to Saint Louis island (Notre Dame).
