The center of Bordeaux is accessible easily by walking or by tram.

The space
The 14m2 studio has a 140x200 double bed, an equipped kitchen for simple meals (fridge, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, dishwasher) and a bathroom with a shower, toilet, washing machine and hairdryer. We provide sheets and towels to lighten your luggage.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.
