The space
I am a journalist and my wife is a university professor. We rent our 130m2 (1400 sq ft) parisian loft, fully refurbished last year. The flat has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a very large (80m2 / 860 sq ft) living room overlooking a calm courtyard with trees and flowers. It is extremely bright and sunny thanks to the large windows (10m long / 32 ft). It's very secure with a door keeper and two digital codes in the building.

Guest access
A porter who lives in a lodge in the building will receive you, help you for your arrival, opening the door, checking out.

The neighbourhood is the lively and colourful area of Belleville, with plenty of shops, supermarket, trendy cafés and farmer market, huge park Buttes Chaumont at the door. We are at 10 mn walk to the romantic neighbourhood Canal St Martin navigated by barges and full of cafés and hype restaurants.
