Nearby is located the church of Agios Haralambos (Saint Haralambos) where you can find one of the oldest Icons on the island, Panagia Akradiotissa (Virgin Mary of Akradiotissa). Finally, Plakes offer a fast and easy route that leads to the stunning beach of Plathiena.

Our room is located within a five-minute walk from the super market and the island’s capital Plaka, with beautiful paths for your romantic strolls. On top of Plaka hill, stands the imposing Venetian “Castro” of the 13th century. From there you can enjoy an idyllic sunset with beautiful colors and a panoramic view of the island’s bay.

In Plaka you will also find numerous restaurants with delicious food, coffee served with traditional sweets, souvenir shops and bars for those seeking some nightlife
