A cozy 50 sqm house was initially built for my family‘s summer vacations. It is located in the center of the village and just 10 meters from the beach. Mochlos is a small fishing village, famous for the hospitality of the local people. It has small but picturesque beaches. In the village there is a Mini Market for your basic needs, in just 30 minutes drive you can visit bigger towns of Lassithi prefecture. Among other activities scuba diving and water sports are offered for your entertainment.
The space
The house itself is divided into 3 levels, the ground floor (20 sqm) comprising the living room, the kitchen, and the bathroom. In the loft (11 sqm) there is a comfy sofa that can be converted into 2 single beds, and on the second floor of 20 sqm there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with a single bed. All rooms are air-conditioned.
