Charming traditional family house with stunning sea views in the village of Plaka. Recently renovated including luxury bathrooms offering total comfort and modern convenience.

The space
Our house was built more than 200 years ago and purchased by Mata and Neil 10 years ago. In the last 3 years the house has been totally renovated to provide all amenities while maintaining the character and original features.

We have 3 separate double bedrooms and a double sofa bed in the living room. We also can make available a large studio attached to our house and access directly onto the garden terrace to create a very large family entertaining space.

The house has a large living room, separate dining room with two sea view balconies. The kitchen is equipped with a new cooker, dishwasher and fridge freezer. A washing machine can be found in one of our two shower rooms.

Plaka is a beautiful traditional Greek village with several tavernas, cafes and bars. The village is very peaceful although popular in the evening with families and couples. Our house is only 200m from the centre of the village but incredibly quiet and peaceful 24 hours a day.
