Comfortable cozy 1 bedroom apartment fitted with a brand new fully equipped kitchen and 2 balconies providing limited sea view and private parking. The apartment is on the main road of Amudara (i.e lots of sand), just 50m away (less than one minute walk!!!) from a 7km long sandy well organized beach

The space
Our guests can enjoy full private use of our flat. It has 1 spacious bedroom with a comfortable double bed and plenty of closet space. There is a brand new sleeper sofa on the living room that can accommodate 2 more people or 2 children.
It is located on the first floor of a 4 flat building and there is private parking space available for our guests. There are two balconies that provide limited sea view. The apartment has just been been freshly painted, had a brand new front door and brand new energy class A balcony doors & window installed, and has everything you need. (a list will follow)

The neighborhood is safe and is family friendly. The whole property belongs to my family and 2 very close family members actually live on adjacent properties.
At the same time the whole area is vibrant with lots of cafes and bars nearby or you can choose to go Heraklion city center that is "open" 7 days a week.
If you like walking may I suggest that you walk along the new pedestrian coastal street that starts not far from the flat and ends up at the iconic castle of Koule on the main port of Heraklion. It's a long walk but it's really worth it particularly at dawn
