The house has been built in 1910 and the flat has kept its original features (original parquet floor, ceiling decoration, chimneys etc) mixed with contempory furniture and fixtures. The patio garden is wonderfull for a BBQ and to eat out and rest after a day of visiting Brussels or other interesting Belgian cities.

The house is located in a quiet avenue with trees. The whole neighborhood is safe and friendly. There is a local market around the corner on Fridays where you can have a nice drink and dinner or just do some shopping.
We are located in the European district. Shuman and the european commission is a 10 minute walk away and the jubilee park is just around the corner. Ideal for a morning or evening jog. From the house all parts of Brussels are easily accessible.
The apartment is located on the ground floor of a mansion from 1910. It was completely renovated, keeping the authentic elements as much as possible, including the oiled parquet floor, marble fireplaces, high ceilings... There is a fully equipped kitchen with a 5 burner gas stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher. The shower room is compact but functional. The mix of modern elements and the authentic ones make it a very nice place to stay. There is a beautiful patio garden where you can sit quietly or enjoy a BBQ.
