Hello! Welcome to my house, Agios Sunrise! It is a very big apartment on the second floor which can house 6 people. It has everything you would need; three bedrooms, two baths, two balconies, a huge living area and even a walk in closet! The best part? It is located right in the centre of the town, only 500m from the famous lake and with a beach literally only 50m away! Of course it has hot water the whole year round, free parking on the street, air conditioning as well as heating and WiFi!!!

The space
As you enter through the entrance, you find yourself directly in the huge living area. Directly in front of you, there are two comfortable chairs to seat and read a book. Further than that, you enter the main balcony which follows the whole side of the apartment and looks at the beachfront from the side. On the left side, you will find a sitting table housing up to 8 people and the fireplace. The house is right in the middle of the town, only 500 meters from the famous Agios Nikolaos lake! Everything you would want to visit, the harbour, the restaurants, bars, shops, the hospital, the bus station, the museum etc is within a 10 to 15 minutes walking distance. Right in front of the house is one of the beaches that Agios has to offer. It is literally only 50 meters away! Another one of the bigger beaches that also houses a diving centre is also just 500 meters away. Agios is the capital city of Lasithi, the eastern most province of Crete. It is just an hour by car from Heraklion and the airport. Spinalonga, the famous leper island is less than half an hour away by car.

Travel Details from the host -> Hi! I am Popi Klontza. I was born and have lived all my life in Agios Nikolaos, and I wouldn't want to have it any other way! I have a daughter, Linda which is a photographer. Don't worry, she's old enough to have left the house long ago. My main hobbies are sports like hiking, running and swimming in the summer which as you can imagine is wonderful here! As a Greek, phrases like "the more the merrier" and "a stranger is a friend you have not yet met" are actually meant, so I love meeting new people and see how they look at life.
