DIMITRA Apartment is 100 sq.m ground floor house of a two storey building and has a private pool with its big terace and the surrounded grass with brq. On the first floor there is another apartment which dose not use the pool and the surrounded grass with brq.

Other things to note
From 1st November until 31st March every year, the pool is out of order.

Μοnthly rent dosen't include the cost of electricity which you have to pay extra and depends on consumption. The cost of water and internet are included. Also, there is no cleaning service during monthly rent.
