My place is close to restaurants and dining areas, a few minutes to a beach, nightlife, public transport and a 10 min walk to old town. Reasons that you will like my apartment are its comfortable setting, the view and location. Set on the 3rd floor of the building which unfortunately offers no lift. My space is suitable for couples, business travelers, families (with children) and pets.

At the entrance of the apartment, there is a living room with a small library, two double sofas, a wood-burning stove, a desk and a router making it a great space for working or reading. The kitchen is well equipped and thoughtfully supplied. The second living room has a big corner couch and TV setup with Netflix. A perfect place for movie night! The apartment has two bedrooms, both of them with a/c, double beds (160x200) and closets. The terrace is around 100 m2, is private and it is equipped with a dining table, 4 sunbeds and a bbq.
