This 800 sqft independent one-bedroom apt is a part of an owner-occupied duplex apt. It's a separate apt with its own kitchen, bathroom, and separate entrance on the ground floor of a 3 story house.

As per tradition, we use this apt as our shrine where we host Buddhist monks to say prayers for us. It is separate from our apt because shrines require sanctity. Traditionally, Tibetans open the shrine room for their guests. We use the ground floor apt as a shrine and open it up to guests to enjoy.
