This is a private house in a quiet neighborhood. It is close to the subway and about 45 minutes to midtown Manhattan once on the train. There is ample street parking. Neighborbood Overview:

My neighborhood is very quiet and many people find it tranquil. There is shopping and many stores close by. There are cafes, restaurants and some great places for pizza and bagels too. There are few bars or clubs as it is a family oriented area. It is a short walk to the subway. I love the private feeling of my area as there are only one family homes and no apartment buildings.
