Old building, recently partially renovated and with new furniture and electrical appliances. The staircase is steeply inclined and requires attention and the bathroom is new but small.

My family and i try to keep the traditional character to our properties and to ourselves since we are born and raised in Chania. We pay a lot of attention to detail, all our properties are renovated with respect to the building's history and architecture.
