I am not a huge company renting 50 flats, but quiet the contrary. This is my home and I am happy to rent it to people visiting the wonderfull city, when I am at my familys place. Thus, my flat offers the opportunity to enjoy real Viennese living, as I do and love year around.
Allthough, located centrally the flat is directed in the inner court. Thus, you enjoy quietness in the night and can even sleep well with the windows open.

The space
My flat is not big but its super comfortable and has a great room layout. There is one main room with the fully equipped kitchen and living room combined, and one extra room with a comfortable bed and a desk for working or studying. Bathroom and toilett are seperated and there is a small entrance room, for all kind of stuff. The flat is located in the first floor with elevator. 5 min walking you find the Währinger Straße providing all facilities.
In 25 min walking you reach the beautifull and big Türkenschanzpark. In closer area (3-4min) there are several smaller parks. On saturdays before midday the local farmers market takes place 10min walking from your home. And the district offers supernice bars and coffee places, like Trabant, Wilde Ehe or Cafe Franze.
If its not for the sightseeing, you wouldnt want to leave the district ;)
