The space
45 sq meters flat on the edge of la Butte aux Cailles, a village in the big city. You will stay in a very quiet street, surrounded with small villas, but a heartbeat away from the typical bars and cafés of la Butte. Our place has a living room and a bedroom sharing a huge balcony where you can have a coffee in summer mornings :)
The building is from 1913, typical Haussmann style with wooden floors and moldings on the ceilings, and (unused) chimneys. The flat is on the 5th floor and there is no elevator (so you will be able to burn those macaron calories).
The flat is facing south west and therefore has light during the whole afternoon and evening.
