We offer our charming cocoon, an ideal pied-à-terre for wandering around Montmartre and a good starting point for a nice and romantic walks in the centre of Paris (Paris Opera, Notre-Dame, Les Halles).

Cosy, lovely, quiet, sunny, fully renovated, with all the comfort you can expect: USB chargers, large shower, full kitchen and high quality bedding.

The space
Our Airbnb is located in a typical "immeuble de rapport" built during the belle époque, in 1898 to be exact, a type of architecture that has been widespread in Paris since the reign of Louis XVI (18th century) and which differs in its purpose from the large Haussmanian flats.

The whole building was built in 1898, except for the back building in which the studio is located, which was built in 1876. Bonjour ! Je suis résident du 18e arrondissement depuis 2015 ! J'adore ce quartier, lieu de confluence entre le 10e, 9e et le 18e arrondissements, lieu chargé d'histoire aussi, et lieu très vivant et loin des sentiers touristiques classiques ! Ici vous serez au coeur du vrai Paris, avec tous les parisiens qui bossent, vivent et se détendent entre potes. Je vis aussi dans l’immeuble, ce qui nous permettra de nous voir autour d’un café ou d’un dîner ! J'exerce en tant qu'avocat à Paris, suis passionné par l'histoire du quartier et de Paris, et oeuvre occasionnellement à la défense du patrimoine, de la biodiversité et au respect du droit !
