If you want to enjoy the real Parisian way of life, you would love our flat in the 11th section ! It's a 45m², on the 5th floor of a luminous modern flat with lots of commodities (we will give you some good address for good food and hangouts :-))
The space
Our flat is quite functional with one bedroom and one sofa bed (people say it's even more comfortable than the bed :))
You have everything you need to cook and after have some rest watching the TV :)
Quite calm, you will feel the peace after a long day walking through the crowded Streets of the city.

Close to gare de Lyon and Gare du Nord and Gare de L'Est ( between 15-20 min with the subway for each)
Easy to park around (rare fact in Paris!)
The apartment is at the 5th floor without elevator (best way to burn delicious french food :-))
