- two of the oldest cinemas (movie theaters) of Paris : Studio 28 and le Louxor... as well as theaters (Cigalle, Trianon) and all you need like groceries, restaurants, etc.
- Perfectly located between Montmartre (at the top North of Paris) and the city center with Chatelet and the island of Paris.
