Studio, 300 sq. feet, 1st floor, living room, open kitchen and separate bathroom.

The ingenious high-tech decoration in the apartment is modern, comfortable and maximizes the space to an astonishing degree.

A double bed is placed unobtrusively at the far end of the studio leaving plenty of space for all other activities during the during the day. In the gleaming bathroom there is a shower stall, heated towel rack and up-to-the-minute fittings and fixtures.

Each of the 4 large windows has window boxes filled with flowers - and even lemon trees!

For hot summer months, there is air-conditioning relief which keeps the apartment cool and enables the windows to be closed - and to be quiet at night!
