My 30m2 2-room apartment is located behind Montparnasse: downstairs a wonderful little square where it's good to have a coffee, a drink, restaurants. You can access in 10 min on foot to the shops on rue Daguerre, or to those on rue Raymond Losserand. Near Parc Montsouris and not far from Luxembourg. Lots of small green spaces, squares, the rue des Thermopyles
The space
The apartment itself is very bright, on the 5th floor, well appointed, with a comfortable bed and everything you need to have a good stay
As it is a old and typical parisian building, there is not any elevator... A good way to stay in good shape!
