Newly refurbished 54sqm (~575sqft) (apartment in an 1800s building on a quiet street. We have a nice private courtyard / garden which the 2 rooms look onto. Note one room is ensuite bathroom, and one small room / bureau has an air mattress. The space is clean and "minimalist", fully equipped (dishwasher, washer, oven...). 3rd floor (2è étage). Note, no elevator and sadly no free parking in the street, but plenty of garages in the neighborhood!

There is a projector in the apartment if you'd like to watch a movie on the large white wall (please note you'll need a a laptop to connect to the projector!) There's a working fireplace in the apartment. The kitchen is fully equipped.
