Parisian lively apartment in the heart of the cool and trendy Montmatre area in the 18th arrondissement.
It is a 10mn walk to the Sacré Coeur (very convenient!) and close to many metro and bus facilities.
I live on the ground floor with an access to an inner courtyard which only my neighbor and I can go into. It is very convenient for a private, romantic getaway.
The space
It is unique because of the way it is made. It gives way for a private, intimate, quiet getaway for travel enthusiasts.
Guest access
The apartment's windows are directly located on a private "courtyard". Only my neighbour and I can access it, but neither of us owns it.
It is to be used punctually for quiet, short times (have coffee and take in some sunlight).
There isn't a building on the other side - just a wall -
therefore there are no privacy issues.
