The space
We've completely renovated this flat with a local designer in 2016. The idea was to offer the same confort as a 5 star hotel within our own place.
One of the best feature is that it is completely silencious and peacefull within a very lively neighbourhood.

The Canal Saint Martin neighborhood is recognized as the artist epicentre of Paris, the street ends in Canal Saint Martin (1 minute), has subway connection (1 minute walk) and at the corner of the street it has the best bakery of Paris "Liberté"(voted 2015), within the street : "Bob's Juice" bar rated in the best breakfast place in Paris, "Holly Belly" voted best brunch in Paris in 2016, "Gravity Bar" voted in top 10 cocktail bars in 2016. You can walk to the very famous "Le Marais" full of artist shops and designer outlets, narrow streets and restaurants within 15 minutes. In Short after leaving for 15 years in Paris this is the best place I could find to live here.
