Welcome in my cosy apartment located in the very nice 11th area.
The flat was totally renovated 5 years ago, it is very well equipped.
What I really like is to open the door and acess directly outside. This environment make the appartment very special and pleasant.
The space
- 1 bedroom with window
- 1 small living room with 2 windows
- an open kitchen with fridge, oven, induction hobs etc.
- A bathroom with a shower
The three windows seems dangerous for kids, that's why I restricted the access and I accept adults only.
It is authorized to smoke outside on the 4th floor.
