We've spent 4 months looking for this flat, and when we found it... Boy was it love at first sight. We LOVE it. We're a flatshare of 3, sometimes one or two of us are out and boom! that's a room for you!
It's right on the St. Martin Canal, the most hipster place in Paris, so you've got the view on the water, boats sometimes coming by, almost no cars, beautiful view on the Sacré Coeur. The apartment itself is very new and cosy, we love it and so will you!
The space
It's on the 3rd floor with elevator and janitor, you can do your laundry, we have a large kitchen, you have your own bathroom and toilets, you live with my 2 roommates and the living is easy ;)
Guest access
Bedroom, private bathroom, private toilets, living room, dining room, kitchen. Free private parking spot as well :)
