Situated in a quiet and charming area of Koukaki, ideal if you enjoy being away from the noisy and touristy spots, yet walking distance to the metro Sygrou Fix (800 meters), Acropolis, Plaka and to a wide selection of vintage coffee shops, bohemian bars and traditional "tavernas"on the pedestrian street of Olympiou.

The ideal pied-à-terre which welcomes you back from a day exploring the nearby sights. The area is very quiet and sweet, yet easily walkable to the historic centre (900 meters from the Acropolis Museum - about 20’ walk).
There is one double bed 160x200. Fully equipped kitchen.
Basic self-breakfast included (nescafe, creamer, tea, honey, jam, cookies..). The studio has a shower, not a tub.
