Renovated 130m2 flat right at Praterstern, from where you can quickly travel all around Vienna. The flat is very cosy and quiet and public transport is just around the corner. You can use our big quiet balcony too!

The space
Our flat is super light and spacious. We are a family of 4 normally living here and when you are in our flat it means that we are on holidays.

The flat is quiet and new and has new triple-glas windows too.

We enjoy cooking, so our kitchen is well-equipped and of a high standard. And to me our beds are the most comfy out there, which is why I always love coming back home after our trips. We have a big bedroom with a double bed and a kids bedroom with comfy bunk beds for two kids. Not in the pictures is our kids‘ playroom.

We live in between 2 of Vienna's biggest parks Prater and Augarten, both worth a walk. All major Viennese sights are easily accessible from here.
