The space
A house with history, its construction is dated back to 1800's. The decoration was meant to retain the traditional elements of a Cretan house.
The layout is ideal for families, a bedroom for the parents (double bed), and a bedroom for the kids (two single beds).

About the courtyard:
Spacious and private yard, with stone walls surrounding it. At the entrance a shed provides shade for those waiting impatiently for the fellow companions to get ready for the beach. in area-Tzitzifes, Crete, Greece

Tzitzifes is a peaceful village at the foothills of the White Mountains and consists of two neighbourhoods seperated by a creek, where an old stone fountain is built (very cool temper even during the summer - must visit!). The whole area is a big forestland, and you get a good view of the surrounding area, just by walking a few hundred meters up the mountain. Two good local taverns (Rizitiko and Tzitzifia), a kafenion - mini market and three cheese factories where you can buy local goods exist in the village, and Fres which is the nearby village and is reachable on foot, offers a bakery shop. Vrusses (10 min drive from Tzitzifes) is a small town which provides all basic services you could need (including super-market, gas station, post office, bus station with multiple routes, taxis and other shops). Finally, Georgioupoli, Kaluvaki (smaller beach next to Georgioupoli with a river flowing into it), Kaluves, Almurida are beautiful sandy beaches close to Tzitzifes - 15 min drive.
