The space
It is a 50m2 flat, with one room. Totally renovated in 2013 and painted in May 2015.
The flat is very well located, it has a great view and the neighborhood is very fun during the day and the evening, and very quiet during the night. There are several little cool restaurants and bars not far from the flat, and the supermarket is 5 minutes walking from there.
