The space
The house is a traditional cycladic building (35 sqm) in the small but very idilic fisher-village called Kini, on the beautiful island of Syros, Cyclades.
The house provides 1 bedroom (120x200 cm bed), 1 living room with a sleeper sofa (140x200 cm), a bathroom with shower and a small kitchen. Fully renovated in 2018 - apart from the kitchen, which is fully functional though.
The greatest asset of the house is its big terrace (35 sqm) by the beach with a great view, enjoyable sunsets and a children-friendly environment since one can relax while keeping an eye on the offsprings at the small beach.
