in area-Travel Details from the host -> My grandfather used to take me fishing in his wooden "kaiki" boat around Spetses when I was very young. Most of my life I have lived in Athens and a bit in Los Angeles. Being a city boy, I was looking forward to the summers on the island indulging in activities like water sports, boating, fishing etc. I also learned to fly airplanes and helicopters. I have long term experience both at sea and sky. After surviving a life threating health issue in March 2020 and writing a book about it, I decided to take it easy. I spend more time away from the city and decided to acquire and restore a traditional fishing boat. I would like to share my experience and motivation to live happily and at the same time show unrevealed spots around the island of Spetses and surrounding places.
