The apartment is approximately 65 sqm. There’s a decent sized living room with a small double sofa bed. Dining table with chairs also available & a relaxing swing. There are sliding doors dividing the living room from the hall area where a ranch bed can also be placed. Newly renovated bathroom and full kitchen with all amenities, including full size fridge, cooker & stove top & washing machine. The bedroom is also very spacious with access to the front balcony area.

in area-Athina, GreeceWe are a 2 min walk from Fokionos Negri, a trendy pedestrian avenue lined on either side with tavernas, cafeterias, bars, art galleries, book & clothes stores. The center of the walkway is a wonderful urban green space with a canopy of trees and small fountains, offering a welcome break from the hustle and bustle of the city. Cultural sites and archaeological museums are all within walking distance. The nearest metro is a 10-15 minute walk away, buses/trams are within a 5 min walk from us. The Acropolis is approximately 20 minutes from us too!
Travel Details from the host -> Recently renovated the property in my listing which took a lot of time and hard work - always dreamed of owning a B&B and so would love to share the outcome with my prospective guests........ The taratsa room has the most incredible inspiring panoramic view of the Lagonisi coast and surrounding coastal areas - at the weekends we nearly always get a free firework display from events taking place at the Grand Resort Lagonisi. The villa is in a very peaceful area, but with bars and restaurants within a 5 minute drive.....
