This a large (70sqm, or 800sqft) and very homely flat, typically Parisian with wooden floor, fireplaces and mouldings. It offers a very spacious living room and dining room (about 30sqm), a large and fully equiped kitchen, a master bedroom with a double bed and a second bedroom with a large and very comfortable sofa bed. Shower room, with separate toilets.
The flat is located on the second floor (with lift) of an Haussmannian building, and is extremely quiet as it leads only to large courtyards, so you won't hear any traffic ! There is a concierge who lives in the building, which is very convenient in case of any emergency.
It comes fully equipped with electrical oven and cooker, fridge/freezer, diswasher, kettle, toaster, washing machine. Wifi and HiFi systems ; there is even a piano, but no television I am afraid, you will just have to enjoy more of Paris instead of sitting on a sofa !
